1ST Job
hallooo...work as always been very hectic..meeting here and there..courses here and there..but my hobby continues..i like decorating the dais and well been aiming high to be a wedding planner.kelakar and melucukan..huhu..1st job..my uncle's wedding..yeay..gotta do the best..idea idea bernas silalah datang..i have to squeeze my brain hard..first impression is really important..

dan banyak lagi cara..susah jgk ye..diy lagi jimat belanje sebenarnya..hantaran my uncle almost halfway there..let me give u the list :

slim oh slim
hari ni mgu aktiviti jadi keje tak ade..so i am free..seriously free..i want to update my diet prog..as i posted down there..it works to lose weight..1 kilo a month..jadi la..we have to eat..heavy breakfast, no problem.light lunch and really2 poor dinner..tone up the flabby areas with an exercise..here's the pic i cited from various website..tq to those fitness websites..just wanna share healthy living style among us.

gubahan hantaran
My master piece..been wanting to post it.tp not have time. this was last year. My uncle's engagement.manged to pujuk him to have this colour.pink vs purple..this is my hobby..art and design.i love it....just to share..currently, im doing his nikahs hantaran..very busy..he himself busy collecting the dowry..hehehe..good luck uncle..dont know the colour yet..merah vs pink?hmmm..i also got the tender (hehe) from him to decorate his bedroom.gotta make it vogedebass..ideas..ideas..

resepi 3 LAYER tea..
recently, i got this addiction..3 layer tea..quite expensive to order that every single day so i asked around for the recipe..kudos to fat, for suggesting the black syrup..interesting..hehe..i dont really know how to do it at first..then i tried my best. it tasted like cool blog milk tea without the pearls..we (my sis and I) conclude that cool blog probably been using this magic syrup all this while..who knows? That syrup costs about rm 18 from kuching..i dont know if i cant get it anywhere here. am hoping to get it here..

Diet..
i come across these tips from an expert..thinking of losing weight..this one is special because it is for malaysian..the foods, semua senang nak cari..kudos to the writer..im going to try..eat well and exercise..boleh ke?last time selalu je gagal..let see first..sekarang ni macam2 mengidam..top on the list,burger bakar..yeay..gemuknya makanan itu..
Breakfast
1) Sandwich using whole meal bread. Load up on the vege’s that go on sandwiches such as tomatoes, onions and salad. Cut back on condiments especially margarine & mayonaise and avoid fried fillings and of course, stay away from cheese if you can. Examples of good sandwich fillings – ham, tuna, egg, de-boned tandoori chicken (left over from dinner the previous day)
2) Cereal – The more grains it has, the better. One of the worst cereal to eat is corn flakes and those other kid cereals like Koko Crunch, Fruit Loops and Honey Star.
3) Half boiled eggs – just add a dash of kicap and pepper for taste.
Lunch1) Mixed rice – whether it is Malay, Chinese or Indian mixed rice, your rice portion should only be as big as your clenched fist. Load up on vege as much as you can. Avoid deep fried dishes
2) Chapati with curry of your choice
3) Subway Sandwich
4) Roasted meats – Eg, Ayamas Roaster, Kenny Rogers
5) Thosai (some places have thosai telur and thosai sardin. These are fine too)
6) Grilled Fish / Chicken or Steaks
7) Chicken Rice – The trick here is to eat less of the rice and more of the chicken. Remember, the rice portion should be the size of your clenched fist.
8) Simple rule – Avoid all goreng-goreng foods. From poori to fried chicken to fried rice to french fires. If it’s fried, you should avoid it.
