slim oh slim

 
hari ni mgu aktiviti jadi keje tak ade..so i am free..seriously free..i want to update my diet prog..as i posted down there..it works to lose weight..1 kilo a month..jadi la..we have to eat..heavy breakfast, no problem.light lunch and really2 poor dinner..tone up the flabby areas with an exercise..here's the pic i cited from various website..tq to those fitness websites..just wanna share healthy living style among us.
